What to Expect for your Senior Photos:

Once we pick a date for your photos I will send you a welcome packet.  It has a lot of helpful tips and information about your upcoming session, like what to wear and makeup etc….

It also contains a coupon for you to get your hair done at Salon Visage Be Styled. We help you with clothes and locations.  I want you to feel confident in your outfits and enjoy the process so we can have fun on the day of your shoot.

I highly recommend having your make up done by one of the artists I recommend or  you can do it yourself (some of you are youtube sensations).  It is important to have full coverage and more than normal every day makeup since the camera lessons the amount drastically. You will have your hair blown out at Salon Visage which feels and looks great. This usually takes an hour or more so plan accordingly. We will finalize our meeting time according to the great evening light depending on the time of year. We usually hit some downtown spots as well as some garden and beautiful field shots with glowing light.  I want your photos to look like you on your best day and speak to who you are. We laugh a lot and have fun until the light goes away.

I post a few top photos to Instagram a few days after your shoot. A couple of weeks later you will come to my house for your ordering session and see all of the products I offer. I love printed photos! I have heirloom canvases, mounted prints and fine art giclee papers.  I have incredible lay flat albums in leather and linen.  I can’t wait to capture your beautiful smile.

When is the best time to take family photos, Lyn? I always say NOW!

Every stage is great and there is no reason to wait until things are better, different or perfect.

There will always be something to stop you. Capturing your family NOW is the only way to stop time, or at least freeze frame it for a moment.

I take classic, timeless shots that you will enjoy for a lifetime as art on your wall and or beautifully designed photo albums to keep forever.
